Remembering Passchendaele Poppy Lapel Pin

Each of these limited-edition poppy lapel pins contains brass shavings reclaimed from an original British shell casing recovered near the battlefields of Passchendaele. The casing features trench art - poignant engravings believed to have been made by soldiers in the trenches. To preserve these historic markings, the material was extracted with great care, using only shavings taken from the non-engraved parts of the shell. Every pin holds a genuine connection to those who served and each one dedicated to a soldier who sadly lost their life there.

Designed in the shape of the iconic red poppy, the pin features richly coloured enamel petals with a subtle radiating texture and a contrasting black centre. The word Passchendaele is delicately inscribed at the base, ensuring the historical significance of this piece is honoured with clarity and respect.
